Dischords includes former Sequel members and 2011 Oregon Music Hall of Fame inductees Greg Georgeson (guitar, vocals) and Grant Roholt (drums). Induction into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame is based on multiple criteria, including contributions by inductees to the cultural history of music in Oregon as well as their impact on music around the world. Greg and Grant are honored to be part of the illustrious list of performers enshrined in the Oregon Music Hall of Fame.
Over the years, Sequel shared the stage with Journey, The Tubes, Bryan Adams, Sammy Hagar, Loverboy, Triumph and others, and released three albums.
Greg has released two solo albums: Imaginary Theme Songs and 100% by Volume. Both albums can be heard on SoundCloud. Selections from both albums are often featured in live performances.
Rounding out the band is Kevin Venables (bass, vocals).
Dischords plays a mix of original songs and covers of classic rock & roll, rhythm & blues and pop songs. Our sets range from electric to acoustic “unplugged”.
We play wide range of venues, including festivals, clubs and wineries.
